Hyperflows provides consultancy, design, and implementation of automated business processes and AI-driven workflows. The specific scope of services is determined by individual project agreements. We strive to ensure high availability and performance of our deployed solutions but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Tikok API, etc.) integrated into the workflows.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract, the underlying code, methodologies, and proprietary AI architectures developed by Hyperflows remain our intellectual property. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the created workflows for their internal business purposes.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to use our services for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to the generation of spam, malicious content, or infringing on third-party rights. When using workflows connected to third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok), you must comply with their respective Terms of Service and Developer Policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hyperflows is liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for errors caused by changes in third-party APIs.

6. Data Protection

We value your privacy. Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed therein.
